Job Summary

Rahee Natural Seeds Pvt. Ltd., with 35 years of experience in India's onion seed sector, is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. We invite applications from motivated people who love agriculture and want to help improve the lives of farmers in India.

Job Profile:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, gather feedback from dealers, distributors, and farmers, and analyze market trends.
  • Field Demonstrations: Organize the Field demonstrations to showcase the performance of the product 
  • Farmer and Dealer Engagement: Build strong relationships with growers, conduct farmer meetings, and coordinate with dealers to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Onion Product Knowledge and Promotion: Develop in-depth knowledge of onion production and offer valuable advice to farmers.
  • Sales support and promotion: Assist the  dealers to achieve the sales goal
  • Brand Building and Awareness: Distribute promotional materials, collect farmer testimonials, and enhance brand visibility. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to dealers to drive product sales.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and dealers
  3. Keep dealers updated about company information and report dealer information to the Sales Manager.
  4. Organize corner meetings for farmers to discuss products and farming practices. and share detailed product information.
  5. Conduct video shoots of nursery plots, and storage, and gather farmer feedback for brand enhancement and promotion.
  6. Distribute and paste various marketing materials to increase brand visibility.
  7. Regularly visit dealers in the assigned area to ensure product availability and sales.
  8. Collect farmer data from dealers and visit respected farmers.
  9. Conduct company campaigns and promotional activities in various villages

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the agriculture industry in Maharashtra.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural market dynamics and distribution channels in Maharashtra.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. and fluent in the local language
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Two-wheeler driving skills with proper license
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra.

Salary:

Attractive salary and other benefits offered to the right candidates with a minimum starting salary of ₹18,000/-.

Facility:

Traveling allowance should be paid separately
